Terms of service
Last updated 13 September 2026
These terms apply to your use of ServiceFast (“ServiceFast”, “we”, “us”). By creating a workspace, accepting an invitation or otherwise using ServiceFast, you agree to them. If you use ServiceFast for a business, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms on its behalf.
Accounts and workspaces
- The person who creates a workspace becomes its owner and controls who is invited, their roles and the workspace subscription.
- Team members join only by invitation and sign in with a single-use link sent to their email address.
- You are responsible for activity in your workspace, for keeping team access up to date, and for telling us promptly about any unauthorised use.
- Access to ServiceFast may be limited to approved email addresses while the service is being introduced.
Your data
Your business owns the records it keeps in ServiceFast. You give us permission to host, process, back up and display those records only as needed to provide and support the service. You are responsible for having the right to upload the information you add, including customer personal information, and for complying with the laws that apply to your use of it, such as privacy and spam laws when you contact customers. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information.
Acceptable use
You must not use ServiceFast to break the law or infringe anyone’s rights, upload malicious code, attempt to access another workspace or bypass security controls, overload or disrupt the service, or resell it without our written agreement.
Connected services
ServiceFast can connect to services such as Google, Meta (including WhatsApp), Twilio, Stripe, Xero and QuickBooks Online. Those services are provided by third parties under their own terms, and you are responsible for your accounts with them. We are not responsible for their availability or conduct.
Subscriptions and payment
Paid plans are billed to the business through Stripe at the price shown when you subscribe, and renew until cancelled through the billing portal. If a payment fails, your workspace may move to a grace period and then to restricted access until payment is resolved. Workspace owners can still export their records while access is restricted.
Changes and availability
We continually improve ServiceFast and may add, change or remove features. We aim to keep the service available and secure but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We will give reasonable notice of changes that materially reduce what your paid plan includes.
Suspension and closure
You can stop using ServiceFast and close your workspace at any time. We may suspend or close access if these terms are seriously or repeatedly breached, if payment remains unresolved, or if required by law. Before a workspace is closed, its owner can export its records unless the law prevents it.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. To the extent the law allows, ServiceFast is provided without other warranties, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees your business paid for ServiceFast in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will post the new version on this page and revise the date above; continuing to use ServiceFast after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Questions about these terms can be sent to support@servicefast.dev.
